The hotel really surprised me with its thoughtful touches like a personal card with my name and a lovely chocolate on the bed, which added a kind touch to my stay. The room on the 5th floor provided a great view, and the amenities like an iron & board, fridge, TV with English news channels, and excellent Wi-Fi made it very convenient. However, the room had a bit of a clinical feel to it, resembling a hospital room.
